Hi, I’m Helena:

Your functional medicine practitioner, nutritional therapist, mindfulness and meditation coach, neurolinguistic programming coach, chef, and yoga teacher. 

I am passionate about health and wellness. Health is not the absence of disease, but the optimal function of our bodies. After my own health journey, and being told repeatedly that I am ‘fine’ by doctors, and feeling like I was wasting their time, I took matters into my own hands. I knew that there was something better out there for me, and I wanted to feel it. 

I have been studying health optimisation for over a decade in a number of different fields, from cutting edge science to timeless practices, and I have realised that focusing therapy on a single aspect of human existence is not enough to transform your health and happiness. 

The Signature Reset is my masterpiece: more than 10 years of research, trial and error, and education have brought me to developing this programme, which works on multiple aspects of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health to provide a long lasting transformation.
