An 8-week guided group programme for women of any age who want to nourish their body, mind, and cycle.

This is my masterpiece — all my favourite practices wrapped into one course. It’s for those who want to feel lighter, move more freely in their bodies, and truly understand what nourishes them.

This is less about the scale, and more about what’s underneath: feeling free, fitting your clothes better, gaining confidence, and learning to love your body again.

    Weeks 1–2: The Cleanse
    Follow a carefully structured, restrictive 2-week plan designed to reset your body and support digestion, inflammation, and energy.

    Weeks 3–8: The Reset
    Reintroduce foods gradually, personalised to your cycle and individual needs:

    • Week-by-week layering back in food groups

    • Adjustments for different cycle phases to support energy and hormone balance

    • Learn to listen to your body, enjoy food, and build a sustainable rhythm

    Weekly Group Coaching: 8 live sessions with guidance, support, and education.

    Check-In Call: Follow-up to see how you’re integrating the changes and refining your approach.
