This is less about the scale, and more about what’s underneath: feeling free, fitting your clothes better, gaining confidence, and learning to love your body again.

4 weeks of recipes and meal plans, split into two phases
Phase 1: The Cleanse, 2 weeks.
Phase 2: The Reset, 2 weeks to set you up for the future.

Weekly Group Coaching: 8 live sessions with guidance, support, and education.
Check-In Call: Follow-up to see how you’re integrating the changes and refining your approach.
